Caden is patient but sharp. He knows how to give music and new ideas the time they need; but he also knows to how to get and keep creative momentum. He doesn’t overlook any detail, stays attentive to feedback, and knows how to materialize even the most abstract of ideas. You’ve read by now that Caden is a musical prodigy. There is no denying that. What sets him apart from other professional musicians/producers though is his approach to collaboration. My biggest fear about making music remotely was the client-producer dynamic. I thought it would be too time-sensitive and harsh to allow for me the space I need to bring lyrics/melodies to life. I need the camaraderie of a band mate to feel comfortable enough to be both creative and raw. Not only did my (incomplete) melodies and lyrics come to life with Caden, but they were taken to a new level. Since our first point of contact several projects ago, I have felt that I have a partner in him. He gives space for the back and forth that is so needed in idea development (no matter how many developments or turns a project takes!).
